- Power Fix UK Ltd Previously trading as Power E-Scooter UK does not warrant against failure or damage due to misuse such as, but not limited to incorrect installation, poor maintenance, abuse or neglect, using the product for something other than its intended purpose.
- Power Fix UK Ltd Previously trading as E-Scooter Batteries, Battery has 3-months warranty cover only.
Corrosion and/or deterioration caused by material fatigue defined as the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use will not be covered under warranty.
After the 14-day period Power Fix UK Ltd Previously trading as Power E- Scooter UK Reserve the right to repair/replace any defective part under warranty.
Warranty is nontransferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims. Any item that is repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original part.

Faults with in 14 days of purchase
If you receive your item and it is faulty, damaged, or develops a fault under normal use* within 14 days of delivery, we will try our best to help you on the phone and will send you a replacement parts to replace If a repair/replacement is not possible then you can return it to us for repair, replacement or refund .we try our best to avoid postage cost .
Following a phone-based assessment or video provided by you, we will try our best to help you on the phone and will send you a replacement parts to replace if repair was not possible we’ll arrange for a pre-paid label for you to drop the product off at your local post office or we may arrange a collection from your address which ever convenient for repair, replacement or refund.
If product needs to be send to us for replace or repair make sure you pack the product properly for courier if product damaged in transit than you will be responsible to claim with courier company .
All returns are assessed by a Power Fix UK Ltd Previously trading as Power eScooter UK and the fault must be confirmed before further action can be taken. This assessment process can take up to five working days from us receiving the product.
All components must be returned in the box with your item. If no fault is confirmed, the item will be returned to you. We may charge you for postage to return the product in these circumstances.
*normal use is defined under the manufacturer’s warranty.
warranty does not cover general wear and tear on tyres, inner tubes, brakes, brake ,gear cables, brake pads, light bulbs, foot mat, battery covers ,chains, cassettes, rims , mudguard set and speed throttle .Battery has 6 months warranty cover only .Charger has 3 months warranty and doesn't include misuse of the charger .Charging port is covered under warranty but damage to the use to non manufacturer recommended will not be covered .
Faults after 14 days
If your product develops a fault through normal use* after the initial 14 day return period, under warranty you will only be entitled to have your part replaced at no cost , replacement will not include shipping cost .we will try our best to help you on the phone and will send you a replacement parts directly from our partner supplier to replace or may offer you discounted price in our spares located in UK these spares will not include postage.If a repair/replacement is not possible for you OR you would like to use our service to repair. You can send a scooter to us for repair ,
Quoting your order number and details of the fault attaching images or a short video that demonstrates the problem so that we can advise the next best steps. we will support you through the next steps .
Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims. Faults that manifest through normal use within the first six months of you receiving the product will be presumed to have been present on the date you received the product. If a fault is raised to our attention after those six months, you will need to demonstrate evidence that the fault was present in the product on the date you received it.
Please note – any fault caused due to misuse of a product, including water ingress or external damage where this is not included in the manufacturer’s policy, may void the warranty. We strongly recommend that you read the product manual and warranty before using your product to avoid accidental voiding of your warranty.

Return of Unwanted Items
You can return unwanted goods with in 14 days of purchase so long as they are unused and in the same condition as they received. Customer will be responsible for return of unwanted items to be return to us safely. Customer can use our service for return if they would like we offer hassle free and label free collection service from your door at very reasonable cost.
